I love this food spot. The interior is clean, the menu is wonderful and the folks working there are always polite. You can sometimes catch them handing out free samples of their muffins or smoothies.

But most the important factor? You will not be disappointed by the food. I ordered the garden burger a few hours ago and I still feel energized. They even have a whole range of optional sides or toppings for the garden burger like steamed broccoli or mushrooms for under a $1.00.

So if youre looking for healthy deliciousness that is filling and keeps you going through life, skip the chain restaurants and order from Natureworks.

To start off, my food was early which was awesome! The food was phenomenal, super flavorful but not at all heavy . The pita chips and salsa were portioned perfectly and was a perfect side to the Mediterranean chicken sandwich. Overall this place was fantastic and i would highly recommend it

I ordered the kale salad and I normally hate kale, but this was just fantastic. I have ordered several times from nature works now and loved it every time. The food is always super fresh, healthy and simply tasty!

The food was great! Delivery was right on time. I was craving some healthy food, and this was perfect. They even added a free slice of apple pie for Mothers Day. Very positive experience.

It's the only place around my office which can rightfully claim to be a healthy restaurant. Keep up the good work !

I can't say enough good things about this place. Delivery is super fast, even during peak times (unless you order the protein pancakes - those seem to take awhile). Standouts are the baked falafel, hummus, taco salads and all the desserts. Plus, the guys who work behind the counter are awesome - always so nice and friendly. The other night I had placed an order on Seamless and when I came to pick it up, one of them told me that they were out of the apple pie I had ordered, so he replaced it with something else and told me to write a note in the comments section next time I order and he will include one for free. I thought that was nice but didn't bother to do it the next time I ordered, which was several days later. But, he remembered and put one in anyway. Now THAT's customer service. I only wish they were open on Sundays!

Natureworks is a shining beacon of light in the semi-desolate area that is midtown west. Everything is reasonably priced, fresh, and really lets the ingredients speak for themselves. I especially love that their vegetable sides are steamed rather than fried or slathered with sauce- a small detail but something that I really appreciate! From everything I've tried, I definitely think that the Farmer's Market (spicy) is really the best thing that you can order because of the trifecta of tahini, chicken and egg white. So. freaking. good.:D

I love this place. They always delivery under 20-25 minutes and their food is delicious and healthy which is kind of hard to find unless you're cooking yourself. I usually don't like salads but their lemon chicken salad is amazing! I also like the 'lean and ripped' and the 'chicken coop'. I'm slowly trying different kinds of plates on their menu and so far I have not been disappointed.

I was very surprised by this place. I got home late and was looking for a clean, quick, simple and healthy option. I could not have been happier, their side order veggies are fresh and steamed with nothing added. Their platters were simple no extra salt or oils added but chicken was still moist and flavorful This is the perfect option if you want a warm, simple healthy meal

Guilt free menu. Ingredients are sensible, prepared well, vegetables are steamed, and proteins are not covered in goop. I tend to ask for things spicy as the lack of "goop" sometimes makes for bland food. Its a small place and they get busy, order early and get your food within 30 minutes, order at 1 and wait... Happy to have these guys in the neighborhood!
